Cancellation Policy

At THE KAPA, we do not offer cancellations once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.

Please ensure that all details—product selection, size, and delivery information—are accurate before confirming your order. Once the order is placed, it is immediately processed, and cancellation is not possible under any circumstance.

Refund & Return Policy

  • A Full Refund (product cost only) will be issued only in cases where the item ordered is Out of Stock.
  • If an item is Out of Stock, the customer has the option to:
    • Choose a replacement jersey from our website, or
    • Opt for a full refund of the product amount.

💡 If the replacement jersey is priced higher than the original order, the customer will need to pay the difference.
If it is lower, the excess amount will be refunded to the customer.

  • Refunds are processed within 24 hours, and it typically takes 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect in the customer’s account.
    ⏳ Please note: The refund timeline is determined by the bank/payment gateway and is not under KAPA’s control.

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  1. Wrong item sent
  2. Wrong size sent (different from what was ordered)
  3. Damaged item received

In such cases, it is mandatory to provide:

  • An unboxing video
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Original packaging and tags intact

⚠️ We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Sizing issues (please refer to the size chart before ordering)
  • Customized or printed orders

All refund and replacement-related communication is handled exclusively via WhatsApp.
