Customisation

At THE KAPA, we offer jersey name and number printing as an optional customisation service. Please read the following details carefully before placing your custom order:

🔁 All Jerseys Are Plain by Default

There are no pre-printed jerseys available.
If you’d like a Name and Number printed on the back, it is a paid add-on and costs ₹299 per jersey.

🖨️ How Customisation Works

• We use DTF (Direct to Film) technology for printing.
  
• Customisation only includes Name and Number at the back of the jersey.
  
• Logos, club crests, and sponsor graphics cannot be added or removed.
  

You can request any Name and Number to be printed.
By default, printing will be done in the official font of the kit you’ve selected.

If you prefer a custom font, you may send us the reference on WhatsApp right after placing the order — and we’ll confirm if it’s feasible.

🛠️ The Customisation Process

1. We procure the jersey in your selected size
   
2. It is then sent to our printing vendor along with your Name/Number details
   
3. Once printed, it returns to our warehouse, where it’s packed and readied for shipping
   

This entire process takes 3–5 working days, depending on the size of the printing batch.

We take printing quality seriously.
So we request you to allow 3–5 working days for customised orders before expecting tracking or shipment updates.
