We use the official font of the kit you’ve selected for customization. This ensures authenticity and matches the original design. No need to request it separately unless you want a custom font.
2. Can I choose a different font for customization?
Yes, you can send us the font name or reference on WhatsApp and mention that you prefer this font on your jersey. We’ll confirm if it’s possible and proceed accordingly. Make sure to share it right after placing your order.
3. What’s the difference between Normal and Fast Shipping?
Fast Shipping means your order will be delivered within 3 days after dispatch, while Normal Shipping takes up to 7 days after dispatch. ⚠️ This only affects delivery speed, not processing time.
4. Does Fast Shipping mean my order will be processed faster?
No, all orders follow the same processing timeline. Fast Shipping only shortens the delivery time after dispatch. Processing still takes 1–5 working days depending on the order.
5. How do I track my order?
Once your order is packed, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS and Email. Order updates are also shared on WhatsApp. Please allow processing time before tracking.

8. I placed an order. Will this confirmation page update again?
No, the confirmation page will not refresh. All order updates will be shared via SMS, Email, and WhatsApp. Please monitor those channels for progress.
9. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed. Please double-check product, size, and address before confirming. Orders are processed immediately after payment.
10. What should I do if the jersey I ordered is out of stock?
You can choose a replacement jersey or request a full refund. If the replacement costs more, you pay the difference; if less, we refund you. All changes are handled via WhatsApp.
11. How long do refunds take, and how are they processed?
Refunds are processed within 24 hours from our end. It may take 5–7 working days to reflect, depending on your bank. Refunds are coordinated only through WhatsApp.
12. Do you ship internationally?
No, we only ship within India at the moment. Shipping is not available to Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
