Track Order

We’ll notify you every step of the way!

Order tracking becomes available only after your item has been packed.
There are two types of orders we process:

• Non-Customized Orders: Packed within 24–48 hours (Monday to Friday).
• Customized (Printed) Orders: Take approximately 3–5 working days to be packed.

Please allow adequate time for us to prepare your order before requesting tracking information:

• For non-customized orders, wait 24–48 hours after placing your order.
• For customized/print orders, wait at least 3 working days before tracking.

Once your order is packed:

• A tracking link will be shared via SMS and Email.
• Order updates and confirmations are also sent through WhatsApp and Email.
